We are looking for a NPI Test Engineer to join our Milpitas office, CA.

Primary Responsibilities

• Be responsible for server new product test and import, completing specifications and procedures for new products through working with the NPI team.
• Take in charge of server test SOP writing and training production employees on test processes.
• Drive test abnormal analysis and solution, doing troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis.
• Do test equipment debugging.
• Prepare optimizing the product test plan, and make sure the analysis of the pass-through rate is improved.
• Install hardware into racks and label/run cables.
• Build system to drawing package including loading applications and operating system.
• Review test equipment and capacity.
• Prior knowledge of using PLM system (i.e. Agile)

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Computer/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3 years related experience in server and storage products area are highly preferred.
• Experience in testing, software development, coding on test scripts experience is preferred.
• Bilingual in both Mandarin and English is a plus.
