Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Vendor Strategy & Ops Manager to join our Milpitas office, CA.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your hands-on experience in developing vendor strategy for Aivres business and drive value through vendor relationships. Strong cross-functional collaboration is expected to implement and manage a holistic relationship.

Level: Mid-Senior Level
Salary range: $120K/yr – $200K/yr

Primary Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement cooperation strategies with core component vendor partners for datacenter servers/hardware
  • Manage execution of projects with core component vendor partners, address challenges and drive win-win results
  • Drive productive ongoing engagements at various levels with vendor partners
  • Negotiate business terms with core vendor partners
  • Develop and execute joined KPIs

Qualifications

  • Experienced in business strategy planning and execution
  • Extensive negotiation experience and excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding teamwork and project management skills
  • 5 years or more experience in managing vendors of core server components
  • Knowledge about relevant local policies and regulations
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is preferred
