Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Firmware Architect to lead the design and development of server BIOS and BMC solutions. You will be responsible for cross-functional teams for defining firmware architecture, and customizing solutions to meet specific customer needs.

Level: Mid-Senior Level

Primary Responsibilities

• Define firmware architecture in collaboration with the Aivres design team.
• Cooperate with other engineering teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address their concerns.
• Conduct and oversee BIOS and BMC testing procedures to ensure quality and performance.
• Proactively manage project schedules, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIOS and BMC software development or Minimum of 5 years of experience in FAE or FW testing.
• Strong understanding of x86 server of Intel/AMD platform.
• Solid understanding of server hardware architecture and Linux operating systems.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in both English and Chinese is highly preferred.
