KR5288-E3 is a 5U high-performance heterogeneous accelerated server, featuring a fully modular design and supporting an 8-GPU NVLink module based on the NVIDIA Blackwell (HGX B200) platform. The entire system can support 2 CPUs with a TDP of 500W each and 8 GPUs with a TDP of 1000W each. Direct-to-chip liquid-cooling on CPU, GPU and NVSwitch enables a high efficiency, high density AI infrastructure in a space-saving 5U form factor.
